What we can discuss

From a report to a clearer plan.

A CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, or lab result is one part of your care. Your clinician considers the report alongside your symptoms, history, and discharge recommendations.

01

Understand the findings

Discuss unfamiliar terms, recommended follow-up, and questions about your available final reports.

02

Review incidental findings

Clarify whether an unexpected finding needs comparison with prior studies, monitoring, further testing, or specialist review.

03

Consider appropriate testing

Repeat imaging, labs, or referrals may be considered after evaluation. Orders depend on clinical need, available records, and insurance requirements.

Before your appointment

Bring the details
of your hospital or ER visit.

Use the approved clinical channel our team provides for records. Missing paperwork is not an automatic barrier; contact our team to discuss what is available.

  • Your medication list and questions about recommended follow-up
Common questions

Before your follow-up.

Is this a new radiology interpretation?

No. This visit reviews the available report and your clinical follow-up needs. Original images or additional records may be requested when necessary.

Is imaging included in the visit?

Imaging and laboratory testing are arranged through appropriate facilities and may have separate charges. Orders, authorization, and scheduling depend on your evaluation and coverage.

Follow any urgent instructions given by your hospital, ER, or the team responsible for your test. Do not wait for a routine appointment if earlier assessment was recommended.
Your next step

You’re home.
Let’s talk about what comes next.

Request a follow-up appointment through AM&A. Our team will confirm availability and the appropriate visit type.

A request is not a confirmed appointment. Follow the timing and return precautions in your discharge instructions.
